New look coming soon

It’s about time that I change the look of this site. There are a few elements I hate about this theme, and I’m about ready for a change. I’ll start working on something that’s more current browser friendly (IE7, FF3) since looking at my statistics that’s what people use when visiting. In fact, the top 3 are: IE 7, FF 2, IE 6 and FF 3. I was surprised to see even some other browsers like Safari and Opera on that list! Though I think Opera is from my PDA!

Not sure exactly which direction I’ll take this site. I have many sites in the works – so we’ll see if I do a complete custom or find a nice pre-made theme and rehash it for my personal tastes.

Probably the later. Chalk one up for laziness!

Ultimate Geek Haven

So, I’m in geek heaven right now. YOu should see my desk here at work. Two wide LCD screens. Bluetooth keyboard and mouse. Then my PDA is resting next to the keyboard with the smaller bluetooth keyboard for it infront. And guess what I’m writing this post via my PDA.

You GOTTA love this stuff, I tells you what people! I’m such a freakin geek.

And for the record, Opera Mobile is probably the best browser for your PDA/Pocket PC you could get. So yeah, go buy it. It’s the best.

Going Mobile

So, I have a PDA that I can use for work and pleasure now. I got it on a job trade with a friend, and I have to say, I’m quite pleased. I even got a little blue tooth keyboard that kicks some major butt.
It’s a Dell Axim x51v, and man .. It’s spiffy. Does a ton of things. I have Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, browser … I even have a few games that I can kill time with.
I can’t find any blogging software for a PDA yet. But I’m sure it will come up. I just have to dig around some channels to see what I can find.
I’ll post pictures of the hotness tomorrow
